MBAA Meeting: Projects still outstanding? Johanna Werther – Valentine’s TG , involves students from the medical & law student Anne Ruybalid – working on Clubs brochure Vanessa – TGs (3 more to go) Will – Talking to Param about Peers Teaching Peer, and Talent TG Fernanda – Working with BCC for OPT/CPT orientation for international students, spring – farewell dinner for all students esp. international students going back home. Kelly – Core Summary Book almost done Carolyn – Winter party , Mar 3rd Joanne – CD matured, no pending projects Dan – Alumni BBQ at the end of the quarter, great opportunity to network with alums Bonnie – Paccar committee, Dean’s committee, continuing with GBC Great Ideas for next year: Anne : Kein should be an officer in all clubs to make SAO / club registration easy. Johanna – Golf Tournaments between students and executives Vanessa – get more money for TGs, try for full dinner TG Will – separate club and get money, update the website, make it better, introduce formal office positions within SSN, find more ways to support students – personal, professional Kelly – include in core-summary power point tips, presentation tips. Joanne – Gifts for Clubs, sell old UW merchandise. Bonnie – Get help/information now, maintain/transfer institutional memory
