· Constitutional Amendment approved - Liza is now CO-EVP

Budget: Total - $40,148
· Tareyn - TG expanding to 3 summer TG's and a Trivia Night each month in the lounge-

· Accounts for 1,000 of increase
· Average budget allocation is $400 per TG, each TG generally costs $750.
· Cultural TG's cost a lot more, often students paying out of pocket.
· Doesn't want students to pay out of pocket, thus asking for increase to $600 per TG.
· Total ask increase - $3900.

· Luke -

· Asking for a $400 increase for a International Student Alumni networking dinner.
· Still needs to check with the BCC for the dinner, budget is for information sessions and welcome potluck at the beginning of the fall quarter
· Additionally, sponsored 1-2 TG's last year - multicultural TG
· Approved additional $400

· Didn't mean to request anymore money. Budgets are fine how they are.
· She will be potentially cutting one activity from lead week, which could be allocated to the TG budget.
· Approved - Lead Week, Parties, and Graduation budgets

· Business Cards - additional $500 due to larger class and a little cushion for potential improvements.

· Potentially tying early dues to business cards - to get cards earlier
· Better explanation of what MBAA dues are
· Potentially using reach out program to communicate message about MBAA dues
