Project Status Update: Kien's brain child
· Status form for what needs to be done
· JS- is in forward thinking mode - looking to next year and building next years leadership
· Start to work on transition materials
· Sending out template after meeting
· Ex. Projects that the MBAA officers are working on

Support Group:
· Support group solicitation email has been sent out
· Clubs/people who did not respond are assumed to not need help
· C4C Auction help
· Club officers
· MBAA officers next
· 2 fold - interns - getting more people involved in leadership
· C4C is huge with requests
· Only for MBAA
· MBAA support group - sent out to MBAA and club officers

Student Refund?
· Refunding evening student who has dropped out of the program
· Potential to establish monthly proration

Wiki/Newsletter:
· Linked pages - we have a group of pages
· Meeting notes should be publicly assessable by all MBAA members
· Moving forward: someone to manage and link to this
· Archive MBAA newsletters to wiki - will send link
· Use it for transition documents e.t.c

MPC 1st Year Reps:
· Masters Program Committee - holding elections
· Curriculum review
· Not a lot of knowledge - encourage candidates to come talk to Dan Poston - administrative function with in the University

Follow Up from Previous Meetings:
· Constitution - Jonathon met with Arkon a few nights ago about the constitution
· The items were voted into the constitution but never updated
· Needs to be updated on website, in the text, and SAO version - Paul volunteers
· Thank you party - expecting 50-55 people
· Picking cocktails today
· Next Thursday at 5:30
· Lounge Issues
· Working on the sign - using no smoking sign outside of law school as model
· Still working on getting MBAin on the screens
· Getting the calendar up on screen
· C4C paper has been taken for Mabel
· Dry eraser markers - coming from Dan and more boards
