With the new changes to the MBAA Constitution, MBAA elections will be held for the following positions during Winter Quarter:

Full-Time MBAA Executive Council
Full-Time MBAA President
Full-Time MBAA Executive Vice President
Secretary (shared position between Full-Time MBAA and Evening MBAA)

Evening MBAA Executive Council

Evening MBAA President
Evening MBAA Executive Vice President

Full-Time MBAA VP's

VP of Academic Affairs
VP of Alumni Affairs
VP of Business and Community Relations
VP of International Student Affairs
VP of IT
VP of Program Development
VP of Resources Development
VP of Students Affairs (team of 2)


Evening MBAA VP's

Typically, each club runs their own elections.
The following is a timeline of MBAA Elections for 2009-2010

Wednesday, February 18 – Open call for Full-Time MBAA Executive Council and Evening MBAA Executive Council candidates.

Sunday, February 22 at 11:59pm – Candidate statements due and sent to MBAA Secretary.

Monday, February 23
AM
– Names and candidacy statements for Full-Time and Evening MBAA Executive Council are released to all MBAA members.
5:30pm – Election Forum. Voting opens (catalyst survey) immediately following forum. To accommodate class schedules, Evening MBAA candidates will speak first.


Wednesday, February 25 at 11:59pm
Election closed.

Thursday, February 26

AM – Winners announced by email. Open call for Full-Time MBAA VP candidates. Evening MBAA VP candidate forums are TBD.

Sunday, March 1 at 11:59pm – Full-Time MBAA VP candidate statements due and sent to MBAA Secretary.

Monday, March 2
AM
– Names and candidacy statements are released to all MBAA members
6pm – Election Forum. Voting opens (catalyst survey) immediately following forum.


Wednesday, March 4 at 11:59pm
– Election closed.


Thursday, March 5
AM
– Winners announced by email.
