This year, two things have changed:
We have a longer lunch period - 12:30-1:50pm.
We have access to two different rooms in Balmer – 413 and 417.

BLM 413 Tuesdays-Fridays
BLM 417 Mondays-Fridays

I assign BLM 413 when there is only one event.
For more than one event, I will assign BLM 413 to the first request and BLM 417 to the second request.

If you want to schedule an event or if you have an MBAA event you would like posted on the Foster MBA Calendar, please send a request by email with the following information.

Room No.: If you have arranged a room in another building or for an off-campus location. Otherwise, I will assign you either BLM 413 or 417 depending on availability.


If a room is available, I will confirm with you and add it to the MBAA Wiki calendar and the Foster MBA Calendar.


Times are held for a club indicated by the word HOLD followed by the club name. A HOLD means that the time and room is being reserved for that particular club. I do this so that clubs can switch dates with each other (obviously letting me know so I can update the calendar) and get a sense of what other MBAA events are being held on those days. Clubs may request more dates as needed.


Even if you already have a date reserved on the MBAA Wiki calendar, you must still send me the information above on your event in order to confirm the room and have your event listed on public MBA Calendar.

I cannot book other rooms besides BLM 413 and 417 during the lunch hour. If you would like schedule a meeting outside of the lunch hour or in another room on campus, please send an email to times@u.washington.edu and they will get back to you.
