Scheduling
- TGs typically occur every 2 weeks, resulting in 5-6 per quarter.
- In addition, scheduling non-TG events such as Keg & Chips at the very beginning and the very end of fall quarter is well appreciated by the first year students.
- Scheduling TGs on Fridays avoids conflicts with pub club, evening classes, and ensures that you have enough time to run TG errands in the afternoon.
- When scheduling, check all of the following calendars: MBA Program, BCC, GBC, CIE, and 1st and 2nd year student schedules. TGs are a great way for prospective and admitted students to end their visit, and are always well appreciated by the admissions staff.
- Get the entire quarter schedule set at least two weeks before the quarter starts. Before sending out the schedule to students, confirm that there are no conflicts by sending the potential schedule to the following:
- MBAA Secretary
- MBA Program office (Barby)
- Global Business Center (Jenn Adrien)
- BCC (used to be Carrie Rees, will have to determine a new contact)
- CIE (Sarah Massey)
