RealNetworks interview experience - part 2
Jan 21 2008, 10:39 PM EST ONE-ON-ONE-I met with Marcy again the morning of my interview.We had planned on a mock but we shelved the idea. NEVER do a mock on the same day as your actual interview. It will mess you up(let's say"might" :) ). So,I had a casual conversation with her. Went through a couple of behavioral Qs. The one extra thing I did for the personal interview was- I researched their web sites,competitor web sites,acquired company web sites thoroughly & had a few questions for them & suggestions as well.I made sure I asked each of these during the course of my 2 hour interview with 4 people. Remember to look motivated, interested and excited even if you think otherwise. :) Always be on your feet & if you have no idea about something please confess. Do not try to cover up,they WILL KNOW.
